Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes — Free Forever is genuinely free with no time limit. You get 100 contacts, basic analytics, 1 user, and 1 chatbot to try in the Playground. Upgrade to Pro or add a WhatsApp account add-on to connect a real number.
How are WhatsApp numbers connected?
Through our Terasetia WhatsApp Business API. You can connect your existing number in minutes from the Devices page.
Can the AI hand over to a human?
Absolutely. You can take over any conversation from the inbox at any time, and the AI steps aside.
Do you charge per message?
Your subscription covers platform access. WhatsApp's per-message fees are paid from your prepaid Broadcast wallet at Terasetia's rates, shown in the app: template messages (broadcasts, follow-ups) are charged per message, and replies to customers are free for the first 1,000 per WhatsApp number each month, then RM0.07 per reply (from 1 October 2026). TeraAI replies use AI tokens, also prepaid via your wallet.
Are add-ons billed monthly?
You're charged for an add-on when you first add it (RM 50/pack for extra seats, RM 97 per extra WhatsApp account), then it renews with your Pro package each period — same charge, same rate. Drop an add-on at renewal and it won't be included.
